Privacy Policy

Effective: April 1, 2026 · Last reviewed: April 28, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Instant Cash Title Loans Inc ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, shares, and safeguards information about you when you visit instantcash-titleloans.com, apply for a loan, or maintain an account with us. We are a Mississippi-licensed installment lender headquartered at 805 City Ave S, Ripley, MS 38663-2906.

This Policy is published in compliance with the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act ("GLBA"), the Fair Credit Reporting Act ("FCRA"), the federal Truth-in-Lending Act ("TILA"), the Telephone Consumer Protection Act ("TCPA"), and applicable Mississippi law including the Mississippi Title Pledge Act.

01 Information we collect

We collect information in three broad categories:

  • Information you provide directly: name, address, phone, email, date of birth, Social Security number, employer, income, vehicle make/model/VIN, mileage, title status, banking details for ACH funding and repayment.
  • Information we receive from third parties: credit reports from one or more of the three nationwide consumer reporting agencies, vehicle valuation data, identity-verification responses, fraud-screening signals.
  • Information collected automatically: IP address, browser/user-agent, pages viewed, referring URL, approximate geolocation derived from IP, and cookies/local-storage tokens used to preserve your session.

02 How we use your information

We use the information above to:

  • Evaluate your loan inquiry and run an ability-to-repay analysis under federal Reg. Z;
  • Verify your identity, address, employment, and the equity in the vehicle securing the loan;
  • Service your account — bill, post payments, issue statements, send reminders;
  • Detect and prevent fraud, identity theft, and unauthorized account access;
  • Report account performance to the credit bureaus on a monthly cycle;
  • Comply with court orders, subpoenas, AML requirements, and other legal obligations;
  • Improve our website and the quality of our customer service.

03 Information we share

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:

  • Service providers performing functions on our behalf — credit-bureau pulls, ID verification, document custody, ACH processing, document scanning, IT hosting. These providers are bound by contract to handle your information confidentially.
  • Credit reporting agencies — we report account information (open/close, balance, payment status) on a monthly cycle in compliance with FCRA.
  • Title custodian / state agencies — to record and release the lien on your vehicle title with the Mississippi Department of Public Safety.
  • Affiliated parties — none. Instant Cash Title Loans Inc has no affiliates.
  • Legal & safety — when required by law, court order, or to investigate fraud or threats to person or property.

04 Your right to opt out

Under GLBA, you have a limited right to limit our sharing of your nonpublic personal information with non-affiliated third parties for certain marketing purposes. Because we do not share your information for marketing purposes outside of our direct service-provider chain, there is no GLBA-triggering sharing to opt out of. You may still opt out of future marketing communications from us at any time by:

  • Replying STOP to any text message;
  • Clicking "Unsubscribe" in the footer of any marketing email;
  • Calling us at +1-333-444-5566 during business hours;
  • Writing to 805 City Ave S, Ripley, MS 38663-2906.

05 How we protect your information

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards reasonably designed to protect customer information, including:

  • TLS 1.2+ encryption for all data in transit between your browser and our servers;
  • AES-256 encryption for sensitive data at rest;
  • Role-based access controls limiting employee access to information on a need-to-know basis;
  • Annual penetration testing and quarterly internal vulnerability scans;
  • Locked physical storage and shredding of paper records on a defined retention schedule;
  • Background checks and ongoing security training for all personnel.

06 Cookies and tracking

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies and local-storage entries to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, or social-media beacons. The full list:

07 Communications consent (TCPA)

By providing your phone number on our application or contact form, you authorize us to call or text you about your loan inquiry, account, or related matters using an automated telephone dialing system or pre-recorded voice. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of marketing texts; you may still receive transactional, service-related messages. Your consent is not a condition of any loan.

08 Information from minors

Our services are intended only for U.S. adults age 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. If you believe we have collected information from a child, contact us at [email protected].

09 State-specific rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights:

  • California (CCPA/CPRA) — right to know, delete, correct, and opt-out of "sale/share" of personal information. We do not sell or share for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah — analogous rights to access, delete, correct, and opt-out of profiling.
  • Mississippi — title-loan customers have specific notice and disclosure rights under the Mississippi Title Pledge Act, including a written statement of total finance charge and APR before signing.

To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] with the subject "Consumer Rights Request." We respond within 45 days.

10 Data retention

We retain customer information as long as your account is open and for at least seven years after closure to comply with federal record-keeping rules under FCRA, BSA/AML, and IRS regulations. Older records are securely destroyed on a defined schedule. Some metadata (such as anti-fraud signals) may be retained longer in aggregated, non-identifying form.

11 Credit reporting and disputes

We report loan information to one of the three nationwide consumer reporting agencies. Under FCRA, you have the right to dispute information you believe is inaccurate. To file a dispute directly with us, send a written notice to FCRA Disputes, Instant Cash Title Loans Inc, 805 City Ave S, Ripley, MS 38663-2906. Include your full name, account number, the disputed item, and supporting documents. We will investigate and respond within 30 days as required by law.

12 Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. For material changes — for example, expanded sharing or new categories of collection — we will give existing customers at least 30 days' prior notice via email or written letter before the change takes effect.

Our website may contain links to external sites we do not operate. This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected by us. When you follow a link to a third-party site, that site's privacy policy governs. We encourage you to review the privacy practices of any external site before submitting personal information.
